Prison Training
These programs can all be performed without any special equipment! Originally written during the pandemic of 2020 to help people stay fit, this time tested bodyweight workout can be performed anywhere you are willing to put in the work, whether that is at home, at the park, or actually in prison. These are not flashy, make up movements type of home workouts. These are designed to actually get you strong and fit, without anything but yourself and some elbow grease!
