Book a VIP clinic, either 1-0n-1 or with a small group of up to 4 people. Clinics are 90 or 180 minutes and will focus on the lift or lifts of your choice, followed by either a demonstration of a full session with a discussion period after, or it can be a technical clinic all the way through focusing on the skill development of one or even all 3 lifts (180 minute session for a deep dive on multiple lifts!)

This 180 minute session is ideal for an individual, or a pair of lifters, or small group of up to 4 lifters who would like to do a deep dive on one or more lifts and either discuss applications and programming afterwards, or have a full session focused on that lift, how to master it and how to train it.

This is the perfect opportunity to master your lifts and take your training to the next level. The greatest athletes execute the fundamentals exceptionally well. Come and refine technique, understanding of proper movement, preparation, training and more.

Discussion time may be used to discuss anything training related, from training to lifestyle to food.

Participants will fill out an Athlete Information form prior to attending and will have their clinic designed for those needs! This means you can create the experience you need in terms of what we cover and make sure you get exactly what you need out of this.
