This is great to run between difficult bocks, especially if you are generally feeling beat up, just need to take some time to focus on refining your movements, or just finished a competition. 

Really focus hard on movement quality, as you always should, but in blocks with this focus it implies a need to do so with extra vigilance!  In some cases you may wish to run through this block twice. 

This block is meant to keep you strong, but in general be a less taxing block and use movement selections that allow you to focus on improving movement quality, using the movements selected as technique drills and to target common weak points.
