Part Two of the Prison Training Series by NTBFW Training Systems is here! NTBFW Training Systems released the Prison Training Series to help people continue reaching their fitness goals in lieu of equipment, since gyms are currently closed for the Covid 19 Pandemic.
Each part of the Prison Training Series will be a full 3 week block of training reasonably priced to make fitness in any environment accessible to ANYONE!
This program is the second installment in this series, which will continue every three weeks as the Covid-19 Pandemic is keeping people in their homes and away from the gyms they love!

Please complete part one first.
This program can be performed without any equipment AT ALL. A pullup bar, or suspension trainer will add tremendous, but there are plenty of movements for every body part that require nothing!
