This 8 week program has 5 training sessions per week, 4 of which focus on individual lifts and/or the hypertrophy of a muscle group, and the 5th day is an SBD day.
This offseason program emphasizes building a wide base between preps, and both prepares you for another prepping block, and aims to fill the gaps in priority seen in many lifter’s training during prep.
This program also works very well as a foundational program for a beginner or intermediate lifter.
Warmups, an exercise index, and 8 full weeks of programming with 40 full workouts are included in this program.
