With weekly training updates, up to 20 video reviews a week, monthly one on one calls, and more Remote coaching is ideal for competitive athletes and lifters who want to maximize their performance and leave no stone unturned. This is perfect for elite athletes in competition prep, and allows the coach to give you all the attention you need to perform at your best. Elite powerlifters, professional athletes, tactical athletes and anyone else who wants to bring their absolute best to the table choose this option. You still get all the additional training support, along with highly involved coaching to compliment and culitvate your understanding, execution and growth.

Remote coaching provides individual coaching, video analysis and technique coaching by a member of our team, and access to a coach for questions about your training! This is a very detail oriented service to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Training programs are updated based off the most current data every week, and programs include all warmup, core, primary and assistance movements, as well as the necessary conditioning work for the athletic and/or fitness endeavors you are pursuing!
Remote coaching is available for powerlifting, tactical strength and conditioning for military/LEO, strength and conditioning for basketball, football, wrestling, lacrosse, softball and many other team sports, and for strength athletes and gym rats of all types.
What you get
Onboarding call 15-40 minutes as needed!
Weekly email check in directly with coach.
Entirely customized program provided to the client on a weekly basis for the most detailed manipulation of variables, along with/in response to weekly check ins to make sure the most current data is always utilized!
Training plus general nutrition guidance.
Up to 20 videos per week can be reviewed for technical analysis and guidance that may either be posted in the NTBFW closed Facebook Group, or in a private shared folder on Google Drive depending on your preference. Facebook Group is encouraged because you will learn more that way!
Monthly 5-15 minute 1-on-1 call (length as needed; some have lots of questions, some like to chat, some like to make it quick)
Access to coach for questions via email (24 hour response time, although it is usually faster, and no hard limit on the number of these, but they do need to be focused and pertinent questions.) This also may result in modifications to a program if needed, even during the week! We gotcha!
Membership to closed online community via Facebook Group. (Optional, but encouraged!)
Access to the group 15 minute training briefings weekly and monthly 30 minute Q&A sessions as well for additional education and benefits of being a part of a training community that you get from tier 3. (Optional, but encouraged as combining the personalized guidance and large access to information greatly enables execution! Understanding enables execution!!)
