This program is designed to bring up the big 3, and guide you on when to use what gear in meat prep!

What you get:

  • 1 Raw and 1 Geared Bench Workout per week

  • 1 Raw and 1 Geared Squat/DL Workout per week

  • All secondary and assistance movements you need programmed to keep you strong and healthy!

  • 48 workouts, 4 sessions per week for 12 weeks.

This program would work for single ply powerlifters as well, but is designed for multi ply lifters. Keep your eyes out for a single ply specific plan soon!
