6 Week Prep to Peak Program
This block of training is designed for those who want to begin preparing for a powerlifting meet, but have maybe had a recent block of more “abstract” off season training, a brief layoff, or were training in a totally different style and need a preparatory block before peaking for a meet.
This program is designed to be ran before our 10 week Meet Prep, but is also a great program to run before our 12 week Raw Powerlifting or 12 Week Geared Powerlifting, or as a way to get your feet wet to lifting heavy—either again or for the first time.
So many people think of powerlifting as if they just decide to jump into meet prep, sometimes straight from some weird and goofy offseason training they were playing with, or even from a break. This block of training is designed to set you up for success during a powerlifting meet prep!
The program is written with intensity regulated by both percentage suggestions and RPE.
This program consists of 3 primary sessions and one optional session per week.
Squat 2-3x per week
Bench 2-3x per week
Deadlift 1x per week

This program will be on sale until May 06, and 50% of the income from orders of this program until May 06, 2023 will go towards a Tribe Powerlifting Meet Expense Fund to help members of Tribe Powerlifting with entry fees, hotels, etc. I am estatic to be at a point where I can make efforts like this to help myself and my training partners and team, and we all thank you for the support.
