Preparatory Block- Week 1-3- Build stability, a massive work capacity, gain muscle, and/or get leaner. Reinforce proper movement.
Strength Block- Week 4-6- Build strength, and gain muscle and/or get leaner! Begin moving even better.
Power/ Realization Block - Fun and more advanced methods to continue getting stronger while increasing speed, power, general athleticism and likely getting leaner.
